Garrick Hagon is a film, TV, stage, radio and video game voiceover actor. Born in London, England but raised in Toronto, Canada and best known of course for his role as Biggs Darklighter in Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope.
He is also credited for roles in many other popular titles including Batman, Doctor Who, Mission: Impossible, Red 2, Spy Game, The Archers, Me and Orson Welles and The Message.
Off screen, Garrick provided voiceover work on video games such as Horizon: Zero Dawn, Batman: Arkham Knight, The Divinity franchise and more.
In the original version of Star Wars: A New Hope, Hagon’s role as Biggs Darklighter - Red 3, came to an early but heroic end in the attack on the Death Star in the Battle of Yavin but In the 2011 Blu-ray release, Biggs’s and Luke's deleted scene at Anchorhead on Tatooine can be seen in full along with the characters of Fixer and Camie played by Anthony Forrest and Koo Stark.
